weblogic.management.DeploymentException: Error encountered during prepare phase of deploying WebService module

Getting following exception when trying to deploy the webserive on Weblogic 11G Server. The class is part of the war file packaged but server is reporting the Class Not found exception :

  1. A webserice class must be defined in the war project with @Webservice Annotation, which specifies that this class should be used as webservice.

    For example, I have created an Implementation class "TestWebServiceImpl " with @WebService annotation and extending the Service object "TestWebService" which is auto generated by wsimport.
